Take your time - Olafur Eliasson
Take Your Time is the first large-scale exhibition of works by Danish-Icelandic artist, Olafur Eliasson, to be presented in Australia. It is at the MCA until the 11th of April and is a must see for any designer.
The reason for this is much of Eliasson's work uses light as it's medium and makes us question what we know about light, colour and how we interact with it.
Liftright Access Site Now Live
I have recently completed a site for Liftright Access, based in Wales. They specialise in the sale and rental of new and second had access platforms as well as all elements of maintenance and training.
Australian Design Museum Exhibition
Art Month is underway in Sydney (http://artmonthsydney.com to see all the great events that are on).
The Australian Design Museum Exhibition at the Shapiro Gallery was the first event I picked and what a great way to start. The gallery owner, Andrew Shapiro, and the exhibition curator, Sarah King, talked us through all the exhibits. Many of which are from upcoming and established Australian designers.
